projects - Construction

Police and Emergency Centre

Hobart

The Police Emergency Centre consisted of two different stages throughout this construction. Whilst construction on both stages was to be undertaken carefully, each location had their own different construction challenges. Both were required to be completed with minimal impact on the continual operation of the existing emergency staff members working within and under both locations.

The construction of the Police Emergency Centre project was to strip out and renovate the level 7 Radio Dispatch Room of the Hobart Police Station building.

Due to the significant age and condition of this building health and safety measures were carefully planned making sure the right procedures were conducted and followed throughout the construction.

The overall finishes selected throughout this construction was to feature and represent all emergency service members of the community, Fire, Ambulance as well as the Police Emergency Services.
